1. Refunds will not be issued starting 48 hours before your event time.
2. Rescheduling is allowed 24 hours before your event time. Tickets will remain valid for a total of 4 weeks (starting your purchase date).
3. All participants must follow social distancing protocols until seated.
4. The largest party we could accommodate is 4 people. We recommend 2 people per fondue.
5. Available for indoor & outdoor.
